Whether you want to enjoy our South facing pool/hot tub or the water park and pool at the clubhouse, the community has plenty of activities throughout the week for people of all ages.

 

Charlie's Funhouse has so much to do and in the middle of everything you may struggle finding enough time to sleep, but when you do you have plenty of peace and quiet.  Our Star Wars game room has two televisions with a Sega Genesis 2, PS3 and a game console with over 1300 games.  Your children can choose between a glow in the dark Avatar themed room with custom bunk bed while sleeping under the stars, or a Tangled princess tower bunk bed amongst to kingdom to sleep.

Your family will be immersed into a new world with custom bunk beds in a Rapunzel (Tangled) and Avatar themed bedroom that glows under black light. We have a Star Wars themed game room with pool table, Sega Genesis and game console with over 1300 games. When you're outside you can cool off in our year round South facing heated pool and hot tub inside a private fenced in patio. There is no charge for pool heat and the pool is heated to 85 degrees and the hot tub to 102 degrees year round. We're so close to Disney that you can hear and see the fireworks or be home in less than 10 minutes to take a midday break or eat a home cooked meal. We hope you enjoy Charlie's Funhouse and Games. We are world travelers, foodies and spend most of our free time enjoying the great outdoors. We enjoy the parks and spend a great deal of time in the home you are staying in and enjoying putting in upgrades every year.

Amenities

The avatar room glows under black light and looks completely different at night than during the day. Make sure you turn on the black light and the daylight to see the different effects.
