Whether you want to enjoy our South facing pool/hot tub or the water park and pool at the clubhouse, the community has plenty of activities throughout the week for people of all ages.

 

Charlie's Funhouse has so much to do and in the middle of everything you may struggle finding enough time to sleep, but when you do you have plenty of peace and quiet.  Our Star Wars game room has two televisions with a Sega Genesis 2, PS3 and a game console with over 1300 games.  Your children can choose between a glow in the dark Avatar themed room with custom bunk bed while sleeping under the stars, or a Tangled princess tower bunk bed amongst to kingdom to sleep.

* **Star Wars Game Room:** A paradise for gamers of all ages, featuring two televisions, a classic Super Nintendo, a game console with over 1300 games, and a pool table.
* **Avatar Bedroom:** Drift off to sleep under the stars in this custom, glow-in-the-dark room, complete with a unique bunk bed that lights up at night.
* **Tangled Bedroom:** Let your little ones live out a fairytale in the Tangled princess tower bunk bed, nestled within their own magical kingdom.

Step outside to your own private, south-facing oasis. The screened-in lanai features a sparkling pool and a relaxing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks.

We enjoy traveling, street food and spend most of our free time enjoying the great outdoors. We enjoy the parks and spend a great deal of time in the home you are staying in and enjoying putting in upgrades every year.
